This weeks  “Player of the Week” for the ASA girls varsity team is Catherine Alex. Catherine led the ASA girls to their second consecutive Zero Gravity Championship this past weekend with some prolific scoring and rebounding including 23 points, 12 rebounds and 6 steals in the opening game against the Bay State Flash. Catherine was unstoppable with a variety of spinning post moves, slashing drives to the basket,  combinedwith her deadly outside shooting from behind the 3-pt line. Catherine is making a name for herself on the AAU circuit this Fall so keep an eye on her !
