Franklin High School Class of 2028 guard Danny Santos put together a performance that turned heads across the MIAA in an impressive 11-point win over Canton.

Santos came out aggressively from the opening tip and set the tone early, pouring in 19 points in the first half alone, while also grabbing 4 rebounds and swatting 2 shots. His ability to score at all three levels, compete defensively, and play with poise well beyond his years was on full display.

He didn’t slow down after halftime. Santos finished the night with 25 points, marking a career-high scoring performance and firmly establishing himself as one of the most impactful underclassmen in the MIAA this season.

What continues to separate Danny is not just the scoring output, but how he impacts winning. He plays with confidence, toughness, and a strong feel for the game, consistently making the right reads while embracing big moments.

With performances like this, Santos has proven he belongs in conversations among the top young talents in the state, and all signs point to momentum carrying forward. As he turns his attention to the spring season, Danny is poised for a big run in the Hoop Group Academic League, where he’ll have another opportunity to showcase his growth against high-level competition.

Danny has put in countless hours attending ASA Hoops camps and clinics in addition to his own training schedule.

If this game was any indication, the ceiling is high, and Danny Santos is just getting started.
